The group product manager is accountable for directing and managing an entire team of professionals from concept through launch. They are responsible for developing effective strategies for product development and also developing and implementing a tactical pricing strategy that are based on research demand, market, and project needs. Group project managers resolve problems with their products as they arise and schedule milestones for the product and monitor progress regularly. They also work with sales teams to determine prices for customers and assist in closing sales.
