Human resource (HR) coordinator oversees various human resources programs and activities that include the hiring process and compensation, benefits, training, and workplace safety. Coordinators are responsible for staffing, include posting job openings to fill vacant positions and examining resumes and applications to make sure that the minimum requirements are met prior to sending them to hiring teams.
