A junior recruiter usually holds an entry-level job within the human resources department of a company helping in the recruitment of potential employees. The job typically entails working in a in a traditional office during the daytime hours of the office space. A junior recruiter is typically the one who initiates recruitment, announces open positions to solicit applications, and then identifies and screen candidates who are qualified.
