The director of training is accountable for employee training practices and policies for businesses. They are given a variety of tasks to complete at the start of the development process. The first is that the director of training must determine the needs for training of the company; then they must establish the objectives and guidelines of the programs. In order to accomplish this the director of training begins by collecting data on the existing programs in the place. When a satisfactory level has been achieved by the program then the procedure is established and the other training programs are evaluated.
