They develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales. They collaborate with other departments within their company to develop an effective marketing strategy, assist create communication plans for customers and create marketing calendars and create efficient schedules. They participate in departmental meetings and training sessions. They need to be aware of the impact of viral marketing campaigns and collaborate with other business partners to increase brand visibility. They review marketing campaigns and oversee the results of these campaigns and facilitate communications between design, marketing, as well as management executive. They supervise other professionals in marketing, and oversee their performance. They also train and are involved in the recruitment process for new employees in their division.

A bachelor's degree in the field of marketing or a related field is required to be considered for this job. Additionally, prior years of work experience in a managerial position are essential.
