Senior photographers work for a range of organizations, including advertising/marketing companies, photography studios, magazines, and newspapers, and many also work independently. Since it is a position of seniority that requires a lot of experience is usually required, and they also need to be capable of coaching and mentoring novice photographers. Flexibility is usually required in this job, since they could be required to be able to work a variety of schedules, including night, days, evenings and weekends, as well as holidays.
