Assistant Manager, Fast Food

A manager assistant in the industry of fast-food is accountable for overseeing the operations of a fast-food restaurant usually under the direction of the general manager. The person in this position is responsible for managing an entire line of employees who are responsible for tasks such as cooking food, cleaning and assisting customers with their orders.
