PES College of Engineering, Mandya was established in the year 1962. PESCE was founded by the People's Education Society currently known as People's Education Trust (R). The campus is spread over 62 acres of land. The college is recognised by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. The main objective of the institution is to promote Technical Education among the students of Rural Areas.
