Description

The Collections Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the collections department, ensuring the efficient and effective management of collections activities. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize the recovery of outstanding debts, working closely with debtors to establish payment arrangements, negotiating settlements, and managing legal action when necessary. The Collections Manager will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external collection agencies, ensuring they operate within legal and ethical guidelines.
