The Operations Coordinator, Logistics is a key role within our organization, responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations and logistics of our company. As the Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our supply chain, ensuring the efficient and timely movement of products from our suppliers to our customers. This will involve closely monitoring and tracking inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods, and working closely with our transportation partners to ensure smooth and efficient transportation of products. In addition, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's warehouse operations, ensuring products are stored and organized in an efficient manner. The Operations Coordinator will also play a key role in managing and developing relationships with our suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of logistics and supply chain management, and will be able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Roles & Responsibilities

As an Operations Coordinator, Logistics with 3-6 years of experience in the AE, your main responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the transportation and distribution of goods, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to organize shipments and monitor delivery schedules.
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize warehouse operations for maximum efficiency.Implement inventory control measures, conduct regular audits, and optimize storage space utilization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and resolving any issues that arise.Foster strong partnerships with suppliers, ensuring quality control and cost-effectiveness.
  • Analyze logistics data and identify areas for improvement in supply chain processes.
