They are accountable for reviewing time sheets, ensuring the accuracy of payroll computations and ensuring that all required documents are completed in a timely manner. They are also responsible for providing answers to any questions related to payroll and timekeeping. It is usually an office-based job that is performed during business hours.
A person who is a good candidate for this job must have previous experience in similar positions and, in the meantime, many employers require a bachelor's or associate's degree in business, finance accounting, related area.
